Project engagements

Scope, price, timeline, and delivery terms for an actual project are agreed separately, in writing, before work begins. These general terms don't override that agreement — the project agreement takes precedence for anything it covers.

Content ownership

The text, design, and code presented on this website belong to Ahmad Kassir unless stated otherwise. Deliverables built as part of a paid engagement are governed by that engagement's own agreement, not by this notice.
